Having supported several charities for a number of years, Ethical Education Enterprise has successfully working partnerships through a bespoke approach to the needs of the organisation. Our training is written and delivered following a thorough analysis of each individual charity to ensure staff and service users alike receive training which promotes their skills and abilities. In order to develop your organisation to ensure sustainability and a successful growth path, we are also able to offer a Skills Matrix which will highlight areas of need and assist you to work within the recommended legal parameters. Further to this, our staff are qualified and experienced in bid writing and preparation for Quality Standards such as Investors in People, ISO 9001 and the Matrix Standard.
Working with both staff and service users at the Wai Yin for a number of years, we have established a successful working partnership which is reflected in the increased skills and abilities of staff and in the transitions made by service users. We are intrinsically involved in the planning and development of the ‘Help Through Crisis’ project which will, for the next 3 years, see a number of service users become empowered to engage in their local community through employment, further education and voluntary placements. Over the last 4 years we have delivered accredited training in many areas such as First Aid, Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Safeguarding.
We have been working with Helping Hands over the last 4 years to train members of staff to the highest standard. Having developed a full training package for the organisation, we are currently working with the management team to achieve Pearson accredited Management and Leadership qualifications. Prior to this, we have worked successfully with their office staff to develop ICT skills through Pearson and Customer Service skills. This working relationship has enabled helping Hands to secure funding based on the skills and knowledge of their workforce.
