This course is designed for those already working in an administration position within the third sector, or those who aspire to do so. The knowledge and understanding gained is transferable across sectors.

15 hours distance learning or classroom based learning (+3 hours self study)

This qualification is aimed at managers currently working within a third sector organisation and hoping to improve their understanding of their role and how effective it is. We will go over theories of management, personal and professional development, stress and wellbeing management and managing volunteers.
