After working in the financial sector for 20 years, Jill decided to return to University to study a degree in History and Sociology, subjects she was extremely passionate about. This paved the way to her career in the third sector, initially as learning support and then onto tutoring and management of training needs. Jill has worked with, and supported, adults and young people with barriers to learning. For the last four years Jill has been developing Ethical Education Enterprise, enjoying successful partnerships with local charities, Social Services, Youth Offending Teams and local businesses to ensure everyone she works with is able to access education.
